Invest in Success Funding Classroom Projects
The Omaha Schools Foundation is currently accepting requests for the funding of classroom projects designed by Principals and Teachers to enhance the curriculum and promote the success of their students.
Day in and day out the Principals and Teachers of the Omaha Public Schools are creating innovative curriculum strands to stimulate and enrich their students' learning. Often these projects are under-funded or the school is not able to implement it at all due to lack of resources.
OPS Excellence Awards
Thank you to the Omaha Public Schools Foundation for generously supporting the Omaha Public Schools Excellence Awards for 2017-2018.
As the Omaha Public Schools (OPS) works toward meeting the requirements of current state and federal accountability frameworks, it is more important than ever that we seek opportunities to highlight and celebrate the quality work that is occurring in our schools. These efforts provide teachers and building leadership with the recognition they deserve and, over time, will contribute to an enhanced view of OPS by the community at large.
